Haji Noor Muhammad & Sons was the first & sole Muslim Army Suppliers Company in sub-continent and the first British Contactor of troops stocks and cargo management.

Soofi Rehmat Mir (He was called “Mir” being a saint person) and his son Ghulam Muhammad Agha moved from Ghazni (Afghanistan) to Peshawar and established a business organization in 1881 after the name of his son.

Ghulam Muhammad Agha was father of Haji Noor Muhammad and Haji Peer Muhammad. He named his company after the name of his son Noor Muhammad. Therefore Haji Noor Muhammad & Sons came on the surface. While both sons of Haji Haji Peer Muhammad who were married to both daughters of Haji Noor Muhammad reorganized the company around year 1901.

They were Haji Muhammad Shafi Agha and Haji Muhammad Amin Agha. The business flourished from sub-continent to Far East under their leadership and Haji Muhammad Shafi popularly known as H.M Shafi became the Managing Director of the company during the First World War and till the Second World War. In His workings he established the business world wide and settled the offices in:

Then the son of Haji Muhammad Shafi Agha, Agha Alla-ud-din Haroon took the company in his hand and started to manage it from 2nd World War till his death in 1977. In his management he added a lot to the business, yet he was the sole importer of Hard Coal (Coke) from china from 1947 till his death. After his death, his 4th son Agha Waqar Ahmed continued the same business; he took the command of the business when he was completing his study of F.A from Government College Lahore. The Business and the study both grew together, He done his bachelors from Government College Lahore, B-COM from Hailey College of Commerce Lahore and finally MBA in Marketing from Punjab University. In the mean time the company was renamed from Haji Noor Muhammad & sons to Biz Channel
